The Lutherie is a
professional, full-service string instrument (or stringed instrument)
repair shop in Belton, Texas (TX), and is owned and operated by
experienced luthier, Dow Ferguson. Our repair services include violin
repair, viola repair, cello repair, double bass repair/upright bass
repair, guitar repair, mandolin repair, banjo repair, ukulele repair,
Ampeg baby bass repair, dulcimer repair, and autoharp repair.
Our
repair, restoration, and custom modification services are available
locally and regionally in Central Texas, including Belton, Killeen,

We

 RENT VIOLINS FROM US!
The Lutherie has all sizes of student rental violins available. We make renting easy and convenient with online rental
payments through our online store, with the choice of month-by-month payments or recurring payments.
Violins for rent come in the following sizes: 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 4/4. We measure a student's arm length in order to properly fit him or her with a correctly sized violin.
Since all violins for rent are expertly adjusted in our shop, you can be sure they will meet and exceed expectations for quality.
Violin rentals are $18.00 per month, plus state sales tax for Texas residents.
Violin rentals are available for Central Texas
residents in the following communities: Killeen, Fort Hood, Belton,
Temple, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Nolanville, Salado, Moody,
Academy, Little River, Rogers, Heidenheimer, Zaboikville, Morgans Point,
Moffat, Burnet, Holland, Lampasas, and Waco.
